Sentry Management provides operational support to the HOA. Their support includes billing, planning and coordination of association meetings, site visits, enforcement of restrictions, contract supervision, debt collections and financial and manager’s reports.

Sentry also maintains secure document storage for the HOA as a whole, and for individual homeowner accounts.  All HOA documents are accessible to homeowners through the Sentry Portal.

The Sentry Management Portal can be accessed at

The portal provides a means to make dues and fee payments online  (including Autopay) and explains how to pay by phone, by mail, in person, by Credit Card and by eCheck.

The portal also provides access to HOA documents, including financial records, and meeting agendas and minutes.

When you have logged in to the Sentry Portal, look at the menu bar at the left page margin:

Select Information Center to view HOA documents

On the Information Center page, select:

Cabinet:   Association Records

Drawer:    Community Information

Folder:      Meeting Minutes, Agendas, Budgets, Governing Documents, etc.

Select Board Room to view HOA financial information.

Select Online Payment to find information on ALL payment methods.

Select Your Profile to view and modify your Homeowner Profile information, including directory opt-in/out.

Select Your Ledger Card to view your complete payment history.

To create your account, you will need your Sentry account number It is printed on each HOA dues invoice.
