The upper level only of the clubhouse at Williamson Run is available for rent by Williamson Run homeowners ONLY for $150 April through November and $200 December through March (Plus $150 damage deposit that is refundable pending inspection after the event).  Maximum Capacity: 75 guests.

Please do not use scotch or masking tape, nails, tacks, or screws to hang party decoration on the clubhouse walls or ceilings.   Blue or green painters tape or command strips are the ONLY products allowed.   Others items damage the walls.  

If you are interested in renting, the clubhouse, please check the Clubhouse Calendar (at the bottom of the page) for available dates.   Fill out the form here.  After confirming the availability of the date(s) requested please submit the Clubhouse Rental form and mail the form, along with the necessary fees, to Krista Hall with Sentry Management.  Krista will confirm the date(s) and times you are wishing to rent the clubhouse.   Be sure to sign the Clubhouse Rental Agreement, include with your contract the rental fee, and the deposit.
